Stock Market's Up and Down

Today and the last few days the stocks have been on a roller coaster, going down fast.  Fear strikes when I see the craziness, is it time to sell?  Many are buying gold, how secure is that really?  Will this be a long ride down? 

The good thing about stocks going down is that they are cheaper to buy.  So we buy more waiting for the good times to roll up.
